At OTAVAULT, we care about the details and want you to feel good about ordering from us.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an obvious product issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging.
What qualifies
Because many of our products are limited-run, small-batch, made-to-order, or preorder items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, personal preference, ordering the wrong item by mistake, or minor variation in color, finish, texture, or appearance caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, or normal production variation.
If a return is approved, the item must be unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging unless it arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos so we can review the issue quickly.
How refunds work
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
If a refund is approved, it will be sent back to your original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
Before sending anything back
Please contact us before returning anything. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
When you reach out, include your order number, the item name, a short explanation of the issue, and photos if relevant.
