We ship to many destinations worldwide and do our best to get every order packed carefully and out the door as quickly as possible.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location and what is in your cart.

Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days.
Processing may take longer during:
  • new drops
  • preorder periods
  • restocks
  • holidays
  • busy sale periods
If an item is marked as preorder or made-to-order, fulfillment may take longer than our normal processing window.

Delivery Times

Shipping transit times depend on the destination, shipping method, customs processing, and local carrier performance. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees unless we clearly state otherwise on the site.

Double-Check Your Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or lost packages caused by incorrect address information entered at checkout.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking says your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please:
  • check around the delivery area
  • ask household members, neighbors, or building staff
  • contact the shipping carrier directly

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package, shipping label, and item, then contact us as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience, especially with small-batch and specialty items. We care about getting your order to you safely and in great shape.
