Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer free shipping on every order. Your items will be carefully packaged with plenty of cushioning and shipped in a sturdy box. 

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.


Shipping Time

We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping to North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania via trusted couriers (DHL, Aupost, China post, USPS, Yodel, SF Express). Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 3 to 9 business days. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.


Wronga Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.


Pre-orders / Back-ordered Items

If your order contains a pre-order or back-ordered item, all available products will be shipped first, and the pre-ordered items will be shipped separately once in stock.
