Want to check where your order is? Start with your tracking email or order confirmation details.

If your order has already shipped, your tracking link is usually the fastest way to get the latest update.

Before you contact us

  • Check your shipping confirmation email
  • Open the tracking link included in that email
  • Make sure the order has had enough processing time first

Good to know

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days. During drops, restocks, preorder windows, holidays, or busy periods, processing can take a little longer.

If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find your package, please check around the delivery area, ask household members, neighbors, or building staff, and contact the shipping carrier directly first.
