Before You Order
What kind of products do you sell?
We focus on keycaps, artisan keycaps, and keyboard-related setup pieces chosen for feel, character, and visual style.
Will these keycaps fit my keyboard?
Fit depends on your layout, switch type, key sizes, and the exact set you are looking at. Always check the product description, included keys, and layout support before ordering. If you are not sure, contact us first and we can help you double-check.
Are your keycaps MX compatible?
Many keycaps are made for MX-style switches, but not every set supports every layout. The product page is the best place to confirm exact compatibility.
Will the colors look exactly the same in person?
Not always. Colors and finishes can look slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and normal production variation.
Do artisan keycaps all look exactly the same?
Not always. Small differences in paint, finish, resin detail, or handmade character are normal, especially with artisan and small-batch pieces. That is part of what makes them feel special.
Are your products limited-run or small-batch?
Some are. We carry a mix of curated items, small-batch releases, limited-run pieces, and preorder products depending on the drop.
Orders, Changes, and Preorders
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not entered processing yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I combine multiple orders?
If the orders were placed close together, contact us as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee changes, but we will absolutely check if the timing still allows it.
Do you offer preorder items?
Yes, sometimes. If an item is a preorder or made-to-order product, that will usually be stated on the product page. These items take longer to fulfill than in-stock products.
Why is my preorder taking longer than a regular order?
Preorder and made-to-order items depend on production timelines, supplier schedules, and fulfillment timing. That is normal for specialty products and limited releases.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does processing take?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days. Processing can take longer during drops, restocks, preorder windows, holidays, or other busy periods.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on your location, shipping method, customs processing, and local carrier performance. Shipping estimates shown at checkout are helpful, but they are not guaranteed.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
Do I need to pay customs or import fees?
For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees unless we clearly state otherwise on the site.
My tracking says delivered, but I do not see the package. What should I do?
Please check around the delivery area, ask household members, neighbors, or building staff, and contact the shipping carrier directly first. If you still need help after that, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
Returns, Refunds, and Order Problems
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging.
Do you accept returns?
We review return and refund requests case by case. Because many products are limited-run, preorder, or small-batch items, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or minor product variation.
What kind of solution do you offer if something is wrong?
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
Can I return an item if I just changed my mind?
Usually no. Due to the nature of limited-run, small-batch, and preorder products, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.
