Return and Refund Policy
At OTAVAULT, we care about the little details, because we know you do too.
We want you to feel good about ordering from us. If your order shows up damaged, incorrect, or with an obvious product issue, email us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus a few clear photos of the item and packaging. Once we take a look, we will work with you to make it right.
Depending on the situation, that may mean:

Because a lot of what we sell is limited-run, small-batch, made-to-order, or preorder, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

ordering the wrong item by mistake

minor differences in color, finish, texture, legend placement, or material appearance caused by screen settings, lighting, photography, or normal production variation
If a return is approved, the item must be unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging unless it arrived damaged or defective.
We may refuse returns or refunds for items that show signs of use, modification, mishandling, or damage that did not happen during shipping.
Please do not send anything back before reaching out to us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
